[QUOTE="TheRealKony"]Arcade Edition looks good and I've heard a lot of good things about it. Hopefully it's more fun to play than SSF4. I can't wait for 3rd Strike OE either. I'm so hyped and it doesn't even have a release date. :(Luxen90
Arcade Edition is definitely better all over. As long as 3rd Strike doesn't come out around the same time as AE and DLC characters, I'd definitely be up for playing it.....I have to depends on arcades over here for my AE fix for now I want to play the game now but I don't feel like making the trip to Chinatown Fair. It's at least an hour drive from where I live, more like an hour and a half after you factor in traffic.
Ultras + huge reversal windows + auto-correct just make the game easy and I think make FADC and links not necessary to win. Justin Wong almost beat Daigo at Evolution 2009 with Balrog and all he did was normals. I honestly don't recall him using any special moves.[QUOTE="TheRealKony"][QUOTE="Espada12"]
I agree, though about one thing, SSF4 isn't that easy.. it's easier than third strike for sure, but it's not that easy that a casual could pick up and start FADCing and getting links and such.

I suppose it depends on the character and match up but characters like viper and akuma cannot do like balrog and even with that the Arcade edition of the game looks like a rush down fest, so those mechanics become even more important. Still I agree with most of what you said, which is why I'm waiting for SF3 online edition :D

On the other hand, Super Street Fighter IV is a disappoint to SF fans with it's casual approach and ease of play. Want to know where it sits on MC/GR? At a 90 or above. Reviewers suck. Fans of other genres haven't noticed it or have just refused to accept it but NO serious fighting game fan would even dare to look at reviews. Espada12

[QUOTE="spookykid143"]Becasue MVC is so deep right?

MvC2 surely is.
It was incredibly unbalanced MvC2 is one of the deepest fighters around. While most tournament players use God-tier characters like Sentinel, Storm, Magneto and Cable the game is still very deep and complex. I suggest you do some research before you use sarcasm and fail while doing so. As Yangire said, unbalance has no relevance at all to depth.
