The main reasons to the late release of PC version:

If Rock* release PC version with PS3 and 360 versions, most of the gamers wont buy the consoles versions because:

(I assume that any PS3/360 owner has a PC......)

1. PC version is cheaper .

2. It is much easier to play GTA on PC...

3. One who thought to buy PS3/360 (because GTA is released only for them) will buy the PC version definitely.

As I see it.. Rock* will surely release a PC version not later than Dec 08. Don't they wanna make some extra money??

Rockstar company cannot avoid this opportunity !!

It's also aware that the PC version is better - it looks better and it plays better - and those same people who bought the console version, and maybe the console with it, will also pick up the PC version when it comes out. Launch a PC/console multiplat game and you don't make those two sales. Give the consoles limited exclusivity and you do.

Instead of investing on 3 or 4 versions fo GTA 4,what will cost Rockstar alot of money, they can launch a multi-version for all consoles(360,PS3,PC)
