Yes. The time has come again to change my gamertag. I'm sick of it. It's not as awesome as I imagained. On top, it shows in weird capital and undercase letters in an internet gamercard.
My gamertag at the moment is I Xyience I. However, in internet gamercards it's shown as i XyIeNcE i. Which is like... total crap. So, I'm on for a new gamertag. This will be the third time I changed it. I feel such an moron. But after checking the availability of a couple I had my eyes on, I know my new gamertag is pretty much rockin'.
I obviously won't give it away right now, since someone else might take it because it's pure awesomeness.
I will get more MSP tomorrow. So it will change tomorrow. Keep an eye out for it.

You should expect my gamerscore to go up a couple of thousand in the next few months. I'm known for having a pretty steady gamerscore, then having a small boost when I get a new game and keep a steady gamerscore again. However, I just borrowed Most Wanted from a friend. It's still an awesome game. Much better then Carbon.
Anyway, after checking the achievements, I know I will get the full 1000 gamerscore out of that game. I've also decided to get Viva Pinata. After looking at those achievements, I've come to the conclusion it's all fair achievements in there as far as I know, so the full 1000 should be achieveable from that. Then february 20th, I will get Crackdown. Don't know the achievements yet, but if it's all fair I should get the full 1000 of that. If it's a bit extreme, I still doubt I will chulk up less then 500 from it.
So, expect my gamerscore to be in the 6000+ as of end of february. Which will be the highest boost ever for me. Kind of awesome, 6000+ gamerscore. Kind of nerd too. But whatever. I train. I'm no nerd. Back to gaming later tonight.

School started. Wednesday you better come here quick!

So, I had my first day of school in like four weeks. It sucked big time. Before you ask, no. I'm not one of those nerds who hates school and plays games all day. No, no. To be honest, I like school. But not my school.
I'm doing an education called Economics and Management, Entrepreneur/Manager Class 4. Yes, a whole mouth full. Basically I become someone that starts a business or shop and because of my high intellect, I will make loads of cash and women.
Anyway, everything we need to do at school, we can do at home. We don't need - infact - we can't ask for help with questions as we are to shape ourselves and search for answers elsewhere. Like the internet or an existing manager. So, this is what you get; whenever you don't know a question or phrase, you need to go and find out what it is. Which, you can't! Because you are not allowed to leave school. Great system heh? Also, every single PC at school has connection drops like every 10 seconds without exaggerating. So at my school profile on a PC, which is also a place to make assignments and such, I can't save any progress. So doing those at school is pretty useless.
And today it was the same thing all over. So I decided to just head on home and skip the last 2 hours of class. Screw them. I can do it perfectly fine myself.
What I'm worried about though, is I have a training period tomorrow and the day after. Those are boring days and they go slow like snails. And it's Wednesday that finally my well deserved Speedbike arrives for my conditioning training.
Well, whatever. I bored you of your time like school does with me. Later all.

Had some thoughts...
by TheTrueEdge on Comments
I cancelled my idea to get the XBVC like stated in a previous post. Reason being I don't have allot of cash. Now, I just ordered a € 200 costing Speedbike for my training, a € 20 training mat and € 30 costing 2100 Microsoft Points for gaming (I want RoboBlitz). So, I either have to get the Vision Camera or that € 80 costing wireless network card. Which I really need allot more at the time. So the XBVC is cancelled until I have allot more cash. Somewhere in a month or two. But no, I also need a new boxing bag so maybe a month or three to four.
I signed up for a sunday paper route to earn some more cash. The time I need to put in school and training is just too much for any other job right now. So, I will only earn € 30 a month from my mom, € 70 from school financies and then if I get the job, around...€ 20-30 a month from that. That's a good € 120 a month and should get me that boxing bag in two months with cash to spare.
Anyway, most of you aren't interested in training or school so I'll save you the rest of that what I'm up to. On to gaming...
So, I ordered 2100 Microsoft Points which should get here wednesday 10th of January. Normally they come within a day but the Speedbike couldn't be delivered until wednesday so I just added it to that. So it would come the same day for ease. Now, RoboBlitz costs 1200 MSP, but it's definitely worth it. That was my conclusion after downloading the demo. You guys should check it out. I'll have 930 MSP left after purchasing that since I still have a balance of 30 MSP right now. What to get from that? I'll tell you what.
A new gamertag. Yes, you heard it right, I'm going to change my gamertag. Call me crazy but I just want to. End of story. I know what it is going to be too. But I won't post it since someone might take it just to annoy me (sick people out there). So, you'll have to wait until the 10th of January and see what it is. If you ask me, it's awesome.
Well, that's all for now. Check you back in a later post.

Happy New Year!

Happy 2008 to everyone!
What? It's 2007? Crap! I live too fast. No one seems to keep up. Oh well...
Anyway, I decided to get the Xbox Live Vision Camera. Or in awesome short: XLVC. Because I don't have a webcam and girls keep screaming for it. Also, I can then finally play the free Totem Ball acrade game I downloaded as a free offer. But, I also will finally be able to take pictures again, make short movie clips and such. And offcourse, show people gaming accoplishments via video which they otherwise wouldn't believe or something like that. Just a cool gadget, that at the moment, is a big must have for me.
Once I get it, tomorrow or the day after, I will also make pictures of my set up and post them here in a blog post. Remember though, I'm not a rich dude so don't expect an 8,8 million foot wide HDTV and a billion wireless controllers. I'm happy with what I have.
Also, I will be getting a new wireless network card for my PC. The one I have now can't get a reach all the way down. I'll get an SRX type card for € 80. Expensive but it gets the job done. Along with the SRX router I already have, the two of them will give me a connection going faster then light.
Expect a new blog post soon.

Got Dead or Alive 4
by TheTrueEdge on Comments
So, I purchased Dead or Alive 4. Despite all of the negative reactions on this game by some people. Simply because I like fighting games. I use to own all of the Tekken series. Thought they were great too until I played Dead or Alive 3 at a friend. Sure, the story is way below that of Tekken, but the action is so much faster and requires way more skill. Newbies (like I am myself now) really won't win against people who have been playing it a long time. In Tekken on the other hand, button mashing worked from time to time for newbies to defeat long time players. The control scheme of Tekken is also a bit too easy as you can say. Simply doing nothing will block any high or mid range attack. Pushing the down button blocks every low attack. Given that there are only few fake moves in Tekken, it's just too easy to block stuff. I can say as a long time Tekken player, that game on single player is not hard at all. On the latest installment, Tekken 5, I had - what was it? - about 80 wins in Survival when I played the first time. I'm just sayin'.
Anyway, DOA4 is awesome. Allot of cool moves and above all, fast, technical action. Haven't played it online yet but I beat the story mode with two of my favorite characters from DOA3. Ryu Hayabusa and Jann Lee. Awesome duo too.
Anyway, I'm going to check out what those secret achievements are, because there are loads of them in this game. I'll see you all later.

Merry Christmas
by TheTrueEdge on Comments
Merry Xmas to all. I hope you all have a good gaming year next year. I know I will.
I can't wait for C&C 3. I'm really psyched about that game. It's going to be totally awesome. It's been confirmed now that the third side will be aliens that are completely dependent on Tiberium. Can't wait to see how it turns out. It suddenly feels so long until it's March.
Anyhow, March is going to be another one of those madness months that November was this year. C&C 3 and Mass Effect in the same month. Along with possibly Burnout 5, Def Jam: Icon and all sorts of other games releasing in the same period. It's going to be a wallet thinner, but you won't hear me complaining.
Anyway, I found out I will get some cash for Xmas. So, I'm going to get myself some games. Two games to be exact, along with 2100 Microsoft Points a store still owes me. I'm going to get Viva Pinata and Dead or Alive 4. To tell the truth, I have some question marks at Viva Pinata. I'm the kind of gamer that likes to play his games for a huge amount of time. I still play Burnout Revenge I got with my X360 purchase. And I will be playing it until Burnout 5 releases. Same can be said for Gears of War. I haven't really been playing Saints Row lately which is my other game, but I still would like to when I have the time. However, if I will play Viva Pinata forever, I can't say. Well, I can always sell it if it doesn't turn out great. But Dead or Alive 4 will be no problem to play for a long time.
I also created an automatic blog on a site. It blogs my X360 gaming history and writes about it itself. That's pretty awesome. It doesn't work right now yet, it still needs time to analyse my gaming behavior, but it should take around 2 days the site said. Which would be around a couple more hours as of now. I put the link in my sig, so watch out for it. It would be awesome to see what I all have completed.
That's all for now. I'll check back later when I have something meaningful to say.

Created my account
by TheTrueEdge on Comments
So I created my new account today. I'm not new to Gamespot, I had a couple previous Gamespot accounts. My latest was -Saul. Just changed it because there was no blog post or anything on there that I wanted to keep and the name sucked big salty balls.
So, here is my new account, Almost the same as my gamertag on XBL, except for the spaces. I intend to be more active and solid on this account. I will write reviews for all my games that are even more reliable then the ones I made in the past. I will blog regularly in normal human writing for once.
That's all I have to say now. Oh, I almost forgot. Really looking forward to C&C Tiberium Wars. More on that in a later blog post.
