Yes the demo version is not final build(they rarely are).

There's big difference's between the 360 demo and ps3 demo, though it may just be a case of the 360 demo was updated version, the crowd looks great in the 360, where'as there was no crowd in my first game on the ps3 version but they were chanting.

In the last few fifa 360 demo's they never had commentry, i assume thats always added at the end, both versions had no commentry.

The biggest complaint of the ps3 version was it seemed like it had no A-A whats so ever, allthe player's had jagged edges around them just like fifa games on ps2/xbox, and it really hurt my eye's playing it in hd it stood out much more,where as the 360 version was smooth.

Also there was frame rate problems on the ps3 version while the 18 yard box was full of players(corner's,free kicks).

It's either a case of the ps3 demo was an older build or ea dev's concentrated mainly on the 360 version and ps3 got a crappy "port".

Which is really poor, i know it's the first time the fifa dev's have worked on ps3 but in my mind that's why i'd give that version more time, they basicly could have been working on fifa 08 for the ps3 before fifa 07 360 was released, since ea claim all versions of fifa have there own dev team.

Certain aspects will improve,crowd will be implementd,commentry and audio refined, frame-rate problems should be fixed, but i doubt the aa problems will be fixed, unless the fifa demo was based on a very old build.

There's a good chance it could go either way, but looking at ea ps3 track record i'd say main development will have been pushed to 360 and the ps3 version will get over looked.

I have one thing to say, if the 360 version of this game is better than the PS3's version, then I boycotting EA all together. I am so sick and tired of them making crappy games for the PS3 rather than taking their time to develop for it like other companies have done (i.e. Oblivion, Dirt). I was looking forward to this game, but there is always PES coming out in October for the UK so hopefully I will be able to pick it up on Ebay or buy it directly from a UK site.

scores from 2 years could not possibly compare to scores a year later. the scale is just different all togehter. of course the 360 launch titles will get high scores because they are being compared to PS2 games..etc. that doesn't mean they are good games though. the fact is that the 360 didn't really get a killer app until over a year later called Gear of war. the scores mean nothing, actually Resistance is better game that all of these games you listed

sorry but thats not how GS reviews games. Games on other systems are irrelevent to the games on another. Otherwise i don't think Warioware would of got a 9.1.. But why don't you just give credit when credit is due? Just by looking at the 360 launch you can tell it had some great games. Cows always need to find excuses :roll:

I mean, it just sounds wrong that GS would even do something like penalize every game in the 360 launch lineup just because it was the first nextgen console to be released.

First I am not cow or lemming or whatever. I am not a fanboy of any system. I try to be unbiased in my opinion. The games on the 360 and the PS3 are comparable because they are the two most powerful consoles out there. I do give credit when credit is due, I even said the the 360 sure has a better line up right now, isn't that credit for the 360?? I am not saying the games should be punished on the 360, but seriously, do you really think that if PDZwas launched right now would get its 9.0 score? absolutely not!! Even if Gears was released right now couldn't possibly get its 9.6 score. Standards are different. I am a PS3 owner and will be a 360 owner this christmas I am hoping. I picked a PS3 because it's more reliable and because I had missed some of the great PS2 games last generation. It was more valuable for me to pick up a PS3, but I will pick a 360 though sometime due to its good games.

why no one is going to buy a ps3 for that game when fia gt on pc is better 360 has forza and pgr and wii has mario kart and nitrobike

in conclusion no one cares that gt5 is coming out who dsnt own a ps3

the Level of fanboyism is unbelieveable in this thread. r u you kidding or serious? GT is one of the most popular games ever and I personally know at least 10 people that will buy a PS3 for that game specifically. all these games you mentioned don't even come close to what GT offers.

Resistance got the score it deserved. Regardless, using system wars rules there is no debating my list. Casey would even agree with me.

Pound for pound, the PS3 is probably slightly more powerful than the Xbox 360. However, mysterious claims by non-specific "developers" are not only not ownage, but they aren't at all credible, either. Your argument about PS3-360 multiplats seems to be the following: If the game is worse on the PS3, it was a rushed port. If it's better, it's clear indication that the PS3 is more powerful. Give me a break. Whether or not this is true, that's a pretty biased way to look at the issue. Instead of picking and choosing which multiplats support your argument, maybe we should wait a couple years, and see if the games are still fairly even on both sides.

no sir, that wasn't my argument. Let me give you an example, the recent Madden game ran at 60FPS on the 360 and 30fps on the PS3. We all know that the PS3 can easily handle 60fps (e.g. MotorStorm and NGS), so it's very obvious then that the devs didn't take there time developing the game for the PS3, rather it's just a crappy port. that's what I am saying. Games that are developed specifically for the PS3 run very nicely on it and have amazing graphics.

Excuse me???, did you say oblivion??!!!, check the reviews and the critics opinion mate, oblivion for the 360 is better thatn the Ps3, get a job!

according to Gamespot's review, Oblivion has better graphics on the PS3 and the game plays better all together. Please watch the PS3's Oblivion review. the score means nothing because the game for the xbox was reviewed long before the PS3's. standards and expectations for games go up in time. for example if BioShock was released a year ago, it would have gotten almost a perfect score. There are PS2 games out there that got a perfect score of 10 AAAA in 2001, does that mean they are better than Oblivion? of course not. Standards just change. The game is definitely better on the PS3 buddy.
