I can't start the union right now, because five of the eight users I picked for officer positions are either affiliated (even by invite) with too many unions or they already accepted a charter invite to another union in the past thirty days. Here are the users I invited:

So yeah, you guys with too many unanswered invitations. . . .answer them.:|
