Ok I've decided that I am going to try a 4-5-1.  Who is the best lone striker in the 40-45k range?

Just picked up ME 3 on sale today.  Wondering if I should play through the game first without downloading the extended cut first, or should I play with it on the first go around?

I want to get an NCAA football game, and I dont really care about rosters or anything so I dont feel like spending $45 for NCAA 11. I figured I would stick to 08 or later though. So which one has the best game play between 08, 09, or 10? What do you guys recommend?
