Hi i been searching in google ^^ i know this post is 1 month old, around

but i have a 300W also and i ordered evga 8800GT .

If you wait , i can let you know how it run.... if it runs well it wont last long enough! but imma buy a better PSU when i get the $.

I seen many with 350-W400 running 8800GT even OCed and they do fine.. i guess it depend on what u have on ur desktop.

some people has alotta HD , powerful RAMs , Processor OCed to high... which they need good PSU

but people like us with crappy stuff will be fine i guess lol

I can run 7900GS just fine which require +12v , 20 amps

while the 8800GT require +12v , 22 amps.. they close

but 8800GT is higher when load.. i will just away from big games like crysis etc :C

Is possible to run 8800GT on a 300W.

if it has more then 16 amps.

Depend what you have on ur desktop.

I ordered a evga 8800GT when i get and put in my PC wth 300W :P

I will let you know how it runs :P i will test it on many games.
