It starts of with 'If you have been playing for a long time...' (then the rest of the message continues) As if you will endure the crappy gameplay for hours then suddenly decide this game isnt for you.
In some games you will have another go to give it a chance, but when you see a screen with a message like that, you know something is wrong.

Yeah, they even have a message on one of the loading screens. Something along the lines of 'If you are not happy with the vehicular gameplay then you should download Banjo Kazooie on XBLA'.
