@greaseman1985: Xbox purchases can be made through Xbox.com, a console definitely isn't required. Xbox is just a brand, it's not specifcally the physical box connected to a TV any more.

@sladakrobot: No, I don't own the game and honestly have no interest in buying it. I can install it (and Forza, Gears 4, State of Decay 2, etc) simply because they're on Game Pass.

??? It's been on Windows 10 PCs for months, I played Forza Horizon 4 using it.

EDIT: Better yet, I just looked and I can install Crackdown 3 on my PC right now.
