Its too bad that Gears of War wasn't that great with the single player. My friends and I still had a blast but we reverted back to Halo 2 as we were sick of running, stopping, and waiting. Rinse and repeat, there you have the basic premise of a video game. If that sounds fun to you then by all means go right ahead. We even tried the multiplayer, which was better but seriously the grenade totally sucks on that game. I have more gripes about it, but its in my amateurish review.

I hope there are other games besides the xbox360 coming out this winter. My roommate, he's the one that actually owns the 360, was even more pissed than me. Mainly because he bought the game, but he's downstairs playing Halo 2 with a bunch of our buddies. Too bad I have to study or we'll give the game another chance, but I doubt we'll change our minds.
