I loved this demo! After playing the Japanese demo, I wasn't so sure, but this has changed my mind. More action, more creatures, more worlds, and all of it looks beautiful and plays fantastically (is that a word?).

ya, it was something like politcal/religious opression~ I can't remember really. All I remember is they went to Helgan, the planet's environment changed them, they adapted and became Helgast. As Helgast they found themselves being discriminated against and harrased, a dictator came to power and all hell broke loose shortly thereafter.

It makes the thing cheaper to produce and saves them money. This in turn could allow them to sell the system at a lower price due to said savings (Maybe, $399 80gig would be awesome..... but I doubt it). Besides, after this holiday season, with all the great games coming out, you shouldn't be playing Ps2 games anymore anyway ~_^

Its not a well known brand (at least I dont think it is), but Westinghouse makes pretty good LCD HDTVs. I have a 27" model myself and only had one problem. I watched Tv in standard mode (ie not full screen) and it suffered from some burn in at the image's border. However, when I switched to Fullscreen mode the burn in seemed to fade away (like it fixed itself). Aside from that, I have had no other problems (ghosting, motion blur, etc.,) and it has a 8ms refresh rate ^^v (note: is connected to Ps3 via HDMI)

Note: 27" Westinghouse at Best Buy= $650 (with tax) so, pretty cheap in terms of HDTV, but good quality ^^

Meh- just do one on Component and one on HDMI. HDMI is the better cable, but component handles HD just as well. If all you are going to do is game on your 360, component will work and its cheaper. Use the HDMI for the ps3 so you can take advantage of the better image for movies and other such media ^^v and you wont have to go through the hassle of switching >_

I dont play too often, but everytime I do there are always plenty of servers and plenty of people to play with. The game looks and runs great online too, practically no lag ^^v In my honest opinion it is a much better online experience than R6V. In my experience, R6V has a lot of bugs, glitches, and lag during online play and even though it has better Mic support (and looks a little better visually) it is usually best to just mute your team (not only because they usually spew BS, but the mic can sometimes be very loud and garbled). Also, as someone else mentioned, in about 3 weeks or so Warhawk will be coming out. That game looks to be the Ps3's first real online hit ^^v so ya might just wanna wait a bit ^^;

PSN-ID: Ninja_Mnky (add me, always looking for friends- especially with Warhawk coming out soon)

In all honesty, ME will not "change the face of gaming" either. It looks damn good, no doubt about that, and the story will probably be good,but look at what you are actually doing during gameplay. All the gameplay footage I have seen looks like a rather generic third person shooter. In terms of the RPG elements, this has been done before, perhaps not as well, but still done before. Meanwhile the Ps3 gets games like LittleBigPlanet that do in fact change the face of gaming by inventing a new genre and putting power into the hands of gamers. We must remember that gameplay and not graphics is what "changes the face of gaming."

Sounds kinna silly... how is Sony causing these damages to their company anyway? well w/e it will take forever to get through the US legal system (given how awesome it is and all). By that time PS4 will be out =P

I got a 27" Westinghouse and it does the same thing. That is, whenever I switch resolutions, The screen flickers a bit (looks like static) and makes a bit of a buzz or crackling noise.
