Ass Creed sucked and everyone raved on about 2 but it just bored me and I still hated all the animus stuff. This sums up most of my friends feelings as well, just don't get who is buying them as no one I know likes them.
I agree with this statement as well, while they got themselves into that financial situation in the first place, the RI governor killed any chance of them getting financial backing with how poorly he handled it.
Good, we've been waiting for games to push our systems every since after Crysis was released in 2007. Thanx to the new consoles it is finally happening and it's giving us a reason to upgrade at last.
Don't see why people are complaining.... well I do because they don't have enough money for a better PC, but at that point get a console or stop moaning.
I think their problem is it came from the senseless hate side of things and I can see why they don't like it and why they think it's disrespectful, simply because that is where it started from.
Most of the hate towards the system comes from crazy PS fanbois online, most people I know in real life don't even care about what is going on and are buying an Xbox One simply because they like Xbox Live and the online stuff.
Personally I think the Xbox One has the better launch lineup, had the better set of features and the new Kinect coming with the system has so much potential to do stuff like bringing the RTS genre over and it working this time. Of course Kinect could fail again, however it has a better chance than ever now and for me that is exciting.
I'm just gonna wait it out though, see which console has the better games 2 years from now and buy whatever one does. I own a PS, PS2 and PS3, I don't own a 360 but I cannot deny the Xbox One is looking like it's in a far better position. There has been this weird love bandwagon for the PS4 but I don't see anything it's doing right now to be impressive, it hasn't got the games at launch, the controller doesn't have the trigger rumble, no potential innovations like Kinect or the HDMI in stuff.
I remember this press conference when Sony simply said no always online, no weird restrictions and everyone was going crazy in the crowd like one of those Wacko American Bible group things. What was weird though is they said you'll now have to pay like Xbox Live to play your games online and people cheered for that still......
I look at the launch for the PS4 though and I think, I'm just going to stick to my PC because I can get all those games on my PC and they will look and run better. I look at the Xbox One and at least it has Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3 that at least tempts me.
For me the Xbox One has the exclusive fitness stuff with Kinect, has Dead Rising 3 (hopefully it's good) and Forza 5 (we know it'll be good) at launch, I also really like the whole trigger rumble thing they're doing.
However I never purchase day one, I'll wait a year or two so there are enough great games as there is always a drought after launch and I wanna see how it all pans out.
The Insanity fitness thing built in has really got me excited for it more because I do it at home and if it gives me instant feedback that is great.
