Review on LaMB

Well, just watched LaMB part 2 (I also watched LaMB part 1 BTW), and here's my opinion.

Sadly, the hype may not be worth it.

First of all, the animation. The 3D is good, but not the character design. It isquite bad

Second, the music. It is quite weird in an anime to use licensed music instead of BGM. I even thing Simple Plan and The Click Five were just gimmicks, just for promotion.

Third, the dialog. Sometimes, I feel it was quite bad, actually.

The biggest problem I had with LaMB was the character development. Because it was rather short (30 mins each part), I did not feel there was enough character development.

I saw reviews while watching LaMB, and they were mixed. Some were good, somIere bad. But it's everyone's opinion. From what I read, They shared some of the same problems as mine (lithemke the character development thing)

Despite a few problems (and the fact that the hpe should have been a little less), LaMB can still be a very enjoyable experience, and I can't wait for what Animax will do next. After all, they have to start somewhere.

BTW, next month, "history will be made". They will have, what they claim, the first anime simulcast of Tears to Tiara (but there was probably another before that) and they will air that new FMA series, called Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, about one week or the same week as in Japan.

Animax LaMB ratings

Overall: 5/10 (Mediocre, I would actually give it a good or a 7/10 , but I averaged my scores)

Animation: CG: 9/10 (Superb)

Characters: 3.5/10 (Bad)
Story: 4/10 (Poor)

VA: 6/10 (Fair)

Music: 6.5/10 (Fair)

Hype 1/10 (Abysmal, what were they thinking with all that hype?!)
