It's not one. Multiple sources have implied it.

The so called leak that contradicts the rumour hasn't actually said online isn't forced, just that it's "tolerant" ( You could also look at that as "We give you 30 minutes to get your internet back or we'll disconnect you").

@DeViLzzz I do agree the DS4 looks kinda clunky, DS3 is the best controller i've ever held in my hand, and i've held quite a few.

I don't know what you're talking about, I found the XMB ALOT more intuitive than the Dashboard.

Then again I came to it from previous experience with PSP, so maybe i'm biased.

See, the original Xbox360 has a hack called JTAG. You basically screw a bolt deeper inside the console and it neutralizes it's defenses, and since it's a hardware issue, Microsoft can't fix it by using updates. Never tried it myself so I don't know more than that.
