Definently not, IM always looking for fresh meat!! It is a sick game, the co-op is one of the best ever and the multiplayer rules. Personally I love annex, but others prefer the death matches. See you soon.
Other than that I am a very compulsive and competetive person, so its kinda a natural fit. When I do something, I live it, and do it to the bone, then move on, so the gaming cycle works well with that. Its not like I have to win, I just hate to lose, so that feeds perfectly into gaming. It also offers a nice sense of accomplishment and progress. That and games are entertainment, I find it harder and harder to watch movies and tv rather than play a game. Still read though.
While not completely accurate, its true, the overall skill of people playing COD4 is about as high on any game as I have ever played. If you dont play FPS's and just step into COD you will want to quit because you cant do anything, whereas Halo you might be able to deal. If you do go COD4, do me a favor, dont creep around where you spawn, it seems intimidating I know, but the easiest way to get dominated is to stay near your spawn. Play a lot of Free 4 All to get into the game first.
Yeah Ive really been waiting for this game too, hurts me every time they push it back. While maybe RPG used to be turn based, I do think genre's are dissolving and its hard to say its not an RPG. When you are worried about inventory, classes, skills and leveling choices, it sounds a lot like an RPG to me. A number of non turn based games are RPG, Oblivion and WoW to name a couple of the most recent.
I guess if you are playing deathmatch and the like, a high kill streak is good, but I play objective maps. My kill streak is around 25, not quite sure, but that was early on. If you are playing objective maps you should never get a ridculous kill streak unless your opponents are just terrible. If you are in a decent match its to your and your teams benefit to kamikaze and start getting perks again.
I think this is relative to every game. But personally I think COD4 is one of the best actually. As was said, go play Halo, its a million times worse. I find Gear of War to be the best in this respect, but even then, its not like it doesnt happen, these people are out there, and come one, swear words and racism are hilarious!
Dont ask me why, but when I first bought mine over a year and a half ago I got it like right away. I called to return it and then right before I went to return it a couple days later it started working and I havent had a single problem since. Weird huh? I have always half expected it to come back, but nope!
Not really, any good player knows that it basically in your best interest to die after 7 kills anyway so you can reset your kill perks (probably shouldnt have told you). I guess it depends on what you consider high and what games you play, but dying is definently a part of the game. Lets just say I hate when I play sabotage, and Im the only 1 willing to pick up the %#$*ing bomb.
