Look, get the DS3 for your birthday, and then ask for GTA IV as the second item. You'll get to enjoy the rumble on your b'day (heh). Hopefully that can hold you over until GTA IV comes out.
The manager told me the GTS would be delayed to 2008, probably april, when the game was anounced (I don't even think the date was out when the game was anounced). I owe him 100 bucks by friday x.x
