Hi there,

I've noticed that within the embedded live streams sometimes an option is given to follow those, which will then become added to the user's following list. However, in order to stop following these, it is required to hit the button again, similar like on the games (see image below).

the
the "Notify Me" button is on the bottom left

Now on the older links, for example the E3 2015 Press Conferences, this special follow button on the stream is not existent, unable to stop following these older videos, as the "Notify Me" apparently only shows during the time they're airing within the embedded live streams as shown above. In addition, this button seems to appear also only during the time when the stream is off air, it won't show up while the stream is live.

Some could say now, "who would care less about this?". Well, the problem is that the user's following list will stack up resulting in objects following which cannot be 'unfollowed' any more:

I don't think that this was intended, or perhaps I missed a function somewhere, being able to stop following objects (including videos) the user doesn't want to follow any more?

In The Following List there is no option given to stop following them. For games it is required to open the corresponding game-site of Gamespot to hit the blue following Button there. But for videos this button is not existent.

Well, the lack of being able to rate with positions after decimal seems to be converted for everyone. I don't think that Gamespot will undo this change, what a pity.

As for me, there is one more issue regarding to the rating system. I noticed that when rating some of the games linked in my game stacks, the rating will not update inside the stacks but the game's website. Is this a known issue?

I only do the steam survey when I'm on my laptop, just to make hermits look bad :lol:m3Boarder32

Wouldn't have thought that you sometimes get totally bored just to do this.

Better contrast, better color saturation, better motion resoltion, bigger screen, more comfortable seating space, better audio. Yep no doubt about it, my console setup is vastly superior than your PC setup toom3Boarder32

Do you even have a gaming PC? Probably, you've no idea what you're talking about.

All these settings can be adjusted on a PC System better then on a TV. Because of the extended graphics driver configurations and the corresponding display setup. Besides, your consoles does not run even on 1080p (they're just upscaling), so this is totally trash talking coming out from you.

Also, 47% still rocking core 2 duo's???? These people need help.

clyde46

They were talking about people who still uses dual core processors while using Steam, but did they mention what games these people play on steam? ;D

They didn't. I used to run Steam on a 1.6GHz Atom.

So how can people think, that the most of the dual core processor users are also playing games with more powerful hardware requerements? On the wiki, they're writing about 54 million registred steam accounts, but the most of the currrent players were seen with something about 6.6million.

What does it all mean? what  will it give an advantage to compared to the ps4?

id prefer having hermits comment on this thread rather than butthurt cows and blind lems.

Pitbulllova

Performance improvement from about 1-3% max.

Compared to the PS4, the hardware of the XBone will still be less powerful. But in reality, you will not see any changes, because the most games will run stable anyway, so it will not really matter how powerful the consoles are. More importantly, this is a matter for the development of the games, not for the consumers actually. Yet, the PS4 games might have a positive difference between graphics quality compared to the XBone and the PS4 console could have better operating system reactions than the XBone.
