I hope they quit trying to beat OoT. Major problem about TP is that the game doesn't bring anything to the series. It's an awesome game, but I dont want to do ALTTP for a 4th time (or OoT for the 3rd), we need something truely new or the series will die... Ejii did a great job with TWW and MsM, I think he's bringning what the series needs.

Graphics? Who cares about graphics?! The gameplay is what matters, and the LoZ series is no better example. Remeber OoT? You should do well, that was released in '98 and its graphics looks pathetic compared to what today can offer - but does it matter? No - of course not! People, all around the world, are still playing OoT to this very day because of the gameplay and the 'value for money' aspect. Anyway, whether the next Wii LoZ game does have better graphics (remember, the Wii isn't focusing on graphics but getting people involved and creating a more pleasurable experience) will not bother me at all! As long as the LoZ continues to offer great value, and freakin' awesome gameplay, I'll be more than happy. Now, where was I...Dark_Master5151

I agree graphics aren't as important as gameplay, but still. Come on if you played OoT for the first time today, you probably wouldn't like it. Then, graphics still play a major part in immersion. Finally, it's always cool when you are impressed with graphics...like OoT for the first time, like Resident Evil 4, for example. They might not be all, but it ain't true that they aren't important just because Iwata says so...

[QUOTE="Dark_Master5151"]Screwed up in a bad way, the 'Temple of Time' (see how I included inverted commas there, clever eh? Maybe not.), first impressions were amazing - OoT anyone? But as soon as I went up that staircase, man did it suck. If you're going to include ToT as a dungeon...don't change it from how it *should* look...honestly. Also, inside Jabu-Jabu was annoying to the point where it was stupid. Having to carry a princess around alone annoyed me all the time, not to mention jumping down holes, killing tentacles to get rid of others and that miniboss! Man, I hated that thing. Screwed up in a good way - the OoT desert temple! That was brilliant, having to change between child and adult Link was pure genius, kept me guessing all the time - genius! Not the mention that Mirror Shield - sweeeet.

Lol toooo true for Inside Jabu-Jabu

Zelda's Adventure was on CD-I I think^^

Well, it would be fun, but I'd take Phantom Hourglass before a FSDS anytime. And since sales weren't great, I doubt Nintendo will bother making one. But a FSDS was planned...

You have it all wrong^^

OoT was 256 Mb, the max the N64 catridge would support. A DS cartridge was up to 1 Gb at launch, and it might be more now.

I'm not sure you could play a 3D Zelda with a D-pad though...

I don't think TP will be regarded as one of the best Zelda games in a while. It's an awesome game, but too little innovation... never as good as OoT, and actually pretty far from it.
