2005wrxsti who are you and why did you say " I never said that MACS weren't powerful machines" ? I wasnt commenting on anything you said. I was just making a statement and asking a question. And I was saying because Macs can run windows better than a pc can now, how is the gaming on it when ran in windows? Not in OSX. And no I am not a mac jocky, but it sounds like you are a pc jocky who gets hurt when someone mentions mac. And what does all the peripherals have to do with the way a game performs on the machine? Nothing.

Why doesnt gamespot test games on the mac? Macs can run windows and have been able to have an eight core machine for a while now. But now the eight core is standard in them. And it also supports 32 gigs of memory and the latest graphics cards. I'm not sure about sli or crossfire but the machines are damn powerful. Much more so than most pc's. Well probably all pc's at this moment. But it would be cool to see how a high end mac holds up next to a high end pc.
