As far as I have read on other sites, the free pertains to Legendary members of DCUO. Premium and free will have to pay $10 for it. I will be buying as soon as it comes out, been looking forward to some new missions and armor for the game.

I think if Bioware took the time that make an awesome RTS for the Mass Effect series. Base it around the different races with each having standard types of troops and all but then you could also have the specialized troops such as the Krogan Warlords or Asari Commandos, so on and so forth. They could also have space battles within the game.
