I'd say most of the options that aren't on that list, because the ones here have really been done to death.

I'd wait for APB to come out, to be honest. It's doing something different than the rest of the MMO crowd, and it's no less of an MMO than Guild Wars was if you include instanced areas in your definition. Granted, it's not going to be out by July, but if you aren't going to wait, there's not that many games that're different from what you've already played.

It's a great game, but the PC version can be a bit of a gamble. It operates at two ends of a spectrum: it either it works absolutely fine, or it really doesn't work for no obvious reason.

Well, I guess we're both screwed for our separate reasons then. Just keep checking that forum I linked earlier; it's probably the best bet. That, or the support page off of Activision's site.

Actually, a few people managed to come up with a workaround for certain framerate issues by going into their device manager and disabling all of their HIDs (Human Interface Devices) except for their mouse and keyboard-related ones. If you've ever plugged in a joystick or steering wheel, it might be worth trying. I'm not sure if it'll work for your situation, but it worked for me and most of my other issues.

Though there isn't a whole lot of variation to it, I know that the Earthborn path has a run-in with a gang that Shepard used to run with back on Earth, dealing with releasing an imprisoned gang member. I believe the Colonist path involves a negotiation sidequest (i.e. "Don't jump, you've got lots to live for!" etc.) ...As for the Spacer sidequests, I'm drawing up a blank. They're all dialogue-only so far as I can remember, and they don't really affect the outcome of the game as a whole.

It seems you aren't the only one with this problem. Apparently, the best solution that people have been able to come up with so far is to disable AA... but it's kind of hit-or-miss. You can track the development on this issue at the following link: http://forums.activision.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=1946
