There have been to many FPS's to count but only a few are any good. I have always looked for a game that is equally as fun playing by yourself as well as playing in multiplayer mode. Duke Nukem 64 was fun for all you Nintendo 64 fans as well as Perfect Dark. Golden Eye was also a lot of fun. There were not a whole lot of playstaion games that had good multiplayer functionality because usually it would only let you only play one on one when you really need at least four players to have a good amount of fun. I think the new generation of playstation will be great with its online capabilities. But with all this said and done no game on earth , right now, can come close to achieving the amount of fun when you play ANY Half Life game. The actual game is great not to mention Counter Strike, Team Fortress Classic, and Half Life Multiplayer. This is a game that you have to work at to be any good at. But once you get the feel there is no going back!
