No thanks.

I would much rather have Yager (who developed Spec Ops The Line) develop Metroid for the Wii U. The game can be a third-person shooter, since there has not yet been such a game in the franchise. The game should be powered by Unreal Engine 4 to show what the Wii U is really capable of.

That answers some of our questions. But we still have a lot of unanswered questions.

Specs have been confirmed by a dev that goes by the username Iherre on neogaf.Enjoy.

super600

you meant ''fanboys'' posing as ''devs''...its been confirmed by IBM twice that is using POWER 7 architecture.

Some of the people that post on neogaf are industry insiders or are actually devs. The WiiU is not using the broadway chip from the Wii:lol:, but it may be using a version of the Power7 or Power PC that makes it possible for Wii BC from what I heard.

The Wii U will most likely use software emulation for Wii BC to keep costs down. That's what Microsoft did with the Xbox 360.

I would like to buy the console you know and these specs are 70-80% true.

You are scaring people with false information. Some of those specs are false.

A Wii U event will be held on 13 September 2012. A release date and hopefully more 3rd party games will be announced at that event.

Why do people keep posting about the Wii U's power? Is it probably more powerful then the PS3/360 ? Sure it is but it dam well better be its coming out 6/7 years later then its competition. Even with that its not that much more powerful it will still probably be just as far behind the PS4 and Nextbox as the Wii was the PS3 and 360 the only diffrene now is the casual crowd most likely wont come out of the woodwork to buy it.

RR360DD

Because sheep are on a damage control rampage due to them getting handed underpowered hardware again. Clearly (despite what they've been telling us these past few years) graphics and multiplats DO matter.

GO TO HELL!
