Are we talking X360 only? Or EVER on any platform? If so, then throw the Doom, Max Payne and Qwake series into the mix. Possibly Duke Nukem too? All of those games were a blast.
Dude, I had the same problem with ******. It sucked because it was intermittent. I ended up getting so frustrated after trying multiple network settings, I ended up getting rid of it and getting a Dlink. No problems since!
I don't know... But my fear is the game play isn't acceptable on the 360 and MS is making them change the physics engine to run on PC and 360. The demo's they showed the game on was a Quad Core CPU... That is pretty beefy compared to what the 360 has to bring to the table.
It reminds me of Gears. Short, fun, but nothing earth shattering about it. Gears was simply touted as much as it was, because of when it was released. At the time, it was the game to have for the 360. But if you pop it in now, it isn't nearly what it was when you first played it. Ao2 is the same way... You will enjoy it. But the reality is, the replay value of it is not very high. It would be better rental IMO.
Your situation is different than mine... But I too have a x360 and if I was too buy another gaming console, it would be the PS3, just for the simple reason that it has a blu ray player built in. And I am aslo interested in playing Metal Gear when it comes out.
