Hey guys. For anyone who has sent their 360 to microsoft, how long does it take to get back to you? My 360 has just broke, and I have to send it back.

If u look on the previous page i commented on something like this. in WV the overall process took about 2 1/2 weeks which wasnt bad. 5 days to get the box. 4 for them to receive it. 7 for them to"repair" it. and im currently waiting for it to come back. what i would be concerned with is how long it works after i get it back. if it took 4 weeks to fix it then thats fine as long as it works for a while when i get it back.last time i got it back it only worked 3 days so we'll see this time.

hey. I have just got the 3 red lights and i was wondering how long it will take for Microsoft to collect, repair and ship back my broken console? bear in mind, i live in the south of England.

they told me 3-4 weeks but it was shorter than that. i live in WV and took about 5 days to get the box, 4 days to send it back, and 7 for them to "repair" it. and now its on its way back. but another thing is i didnt have the 3 red lights it was my disk drive.

depending where u live it may take a while. i live in WV and took me like 5 days. and itll take even longer to send the box back to texas. (it took me 7 days). thats a long time though. first time i sent it in it only took 4 days to get it and 4 days to send it back.

hey i was wondering if the servers or w/e was still down over there. MS received my xbox early yesterday morning, but still no email. dont really feel like calling them.
