I'm really intrigued by it's vintageness and it has loads of games. Is it worth it? Can somebody convince me about how good they think it is please? Because I'm in 2 minds on whether to buy one or not.

People are so insecure. Do cows really think Nintendo is so kiddy, despite the fact that most "kiddy" games last gen appeared on their beloved PS2 in the form of decrepit film licences? Why are cows and lemmings keen to embrace cartoony games on  their console, yet Mario is automatically for toddlers? Mario is quite a violent game when you think about it. Jumping on wandering tortoises? And using the shells to harm innocent mushrooms? There are bombs and dinosaurs in Mario as well, not exactly suitable "fo' T3h kIDDDDDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAYZZZZZZZZZZZZzzZZz!!!!!!!!!!!!" in my opinion.

Yeah not to mention the HORRIBLE controller. I mean seriously What in Gods Holy Name is this???

And as for horrible controller... I'll tell you IMO the GC pad is flawless. I can learn the controls to it easily. Compare that to the (once again, in my opinion) horrific DualShock where I spend more ogling in disgust at hand-cramping monstrosity than playing the games.
