England have been disappointing so far because of their performance in the group stages. Here's the results from their matches so far:

England-1 0-Paraguay

England-2 0-Trinidad and Tobago

England-2 2-Sweden

Micheal Owen got taken down with a injury in the opening minute of the England vs Sweden game with a twisted knee and is now probably out of the tournament for good. I hope he recovers in time but I doubt it. Sven Goran Eriksson I think made a bad choice just bringing three strikers to the tournament but apparently he isn't worried! How can he not be worried!?

I think with Micheal Owen probably out of the tournament, England's chances have really plummented now we have to put a lot of our trust in Wayne Rooney and hope he can score some wonder goals and DON'T forget Steven Gerrard! He practically saved England with a brilliant header in the England vs Sweden game!

David Beckham has been doing well but then again I expect him to do well-he is the England captain after all! His crosses, free kicks and corners are done to near perfection! The next game is England vs Ecuador and they need quite a easy team now that Owen is out so I hope England win the world cup but only time will tell... COME ON ENGLAND!!!
