I want to know evryone's favourite TV SERIES! Not a TV programme but an actual series! For example I said my favourite TV programme was WWE RAW but that's not a series.

So my favourite series is definitely... The Simpsons!

The Simpsons are the average American cartoon family and live in the beautiful town of Springfield which is just down the road from Shelbyville. The father, Homer, works in quality control in the local nuclear plant run by the tyrannical Mr. Montgomery Burns who gets his butt licked constantly by the slimeball "Smithers" the total yes-man and a grovelling little piece of canine excrement he is to boot. Homer's lovely wife is Marge a ravishing blue-head who is the perfect mother to the three Simpson offspring, the eldest of whom is Bart, then comes Lisa and finally comes the darling little Maggie with her soother so generously available to anyone she likes. Homer and Marge have not finished in the matrimonial bed yet though, as Marge has been feeling clucky of late, and so the pitter patter of little feet in the Simpson household will go on for quite some time to come. Young Brat, er Bartholomew J. Simpson is a tearaway mischievious little dude but has a heart of gold, it is just that authority sucks and there are better things to be doing than going to school. Lisa is gifted academically and musically, a bit of a pain in the arse really; but as for Maggie "God bless her little sweet arse, oops heart". The household is completed by an ex-champion greyhound named affectionately Santa's Little Helper a sobriquet stemming from the fact that he pissed on the Christmas tree and extinguished the flames so carelessly started by Bart after he lit a fart. Next door to the Simpsons lives goody two shoes Bible thumping Ned Flanders and his sickly sweet family, but secretly he has a skeleton in his closet. Homer drinks Duff's beer with the fat slob Barney in Moe's tavern even though the arsewipe Moe stole the recipe for the perfect cocktail, "The Flaming Homer", invented by Homer and thus prevented the financial security of our beloved Springfield angels. Catering for the needs of the family is arranged by Marge and she astutely shops for bargains in Haku's Mini-mart and the local Mall, if Bart is not wanted for shoplifting at the time that is. Bart and Lisa are currently being educated under the careful tutelage of Principal Skinner another of Springfield's dipsticks. Bliss in the Simpsons is only upset by Marge's two hags of sisters incessantly puffing away on their cigarettes but hopefully a heart attack or lung cancer is just around the corner for one, or better still both, of them. At least old crotchety Grandpa Simpson had the nouse not to be a burden and checked into a home for wayward senior citizens.Still there is plenty of good cheer and mirth in the most wonderful home in all of Springfield. (and a bit of cable TV signal theft)
