From my experience, I would say it's not worth it. I traded in my DS Phat for a DS Lite about a year ago, and I do not think my money was well spent. However, I haven't done extensive research into the DSi, but as far as I know... it adds an internet browser and a camera, and I don't think that is worth another 100 dollars. There might be other features, but the point is, I like my DS just for its portability in gaming, and my regret with switching to a Lite is that it was harder for me to grip it than it was to grip a Phat.

Hope you find this helpful!

I sold my original Phat DS, though now I really wish that I didn't. The DS Lite looks a lot sleeker and nicer, but I felt that it was a lot harder to hold the DS Lite, and now my touch screen is uncalibrated and I can't seem to recalibrate it correctly, so I have to point somewhere a few centimeters off from where I actually want to point.

I would like to go back to a Phat, but there's just no way of getting one for a reasonable price anymore.

It's hard to say which one to like more... I like Fallout 3 because of the VATS system and the guns, but I like Oblivion more because of the beautiful landscapes and fantasy setting (as opposed to the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout 3 that is little more than a wasteland... as it is named). However, I have played more hours of Oblivion, so I may be biased in that sense, and the perfectionist side of me goes insane when playing Oblivion, and it is slightly easier to manage it when playing Fallout 3.

Overall, I think I would have to go with Oblivion.

I think PC games are the only ones that can evolve constantly along with the actual computers. Plus, Blizzard makes games for the PC and that's all that really matters :P Just kidding there are plenty of other good games too.

Yeah, I agree too. I still have my old GBA, and I don't think I have ever sold any of my old systems. I know that PSOne is lying around somewhere... and I really wish I still had my SNES, but I've moved around too much for that to have stayed around.

I think you should be put to sleep, but be warned that the worst part is waking up. It'll be slightly uncomfortable for a while, but it definitely beats having to sit through the operation fully awake.
