In fact, it might be faster, better and easier just to level your pokes to lv. 50. As was stated before, they auto-level up in WiFi battles, and it is much easier to get to level 50 than it is to lv. 100. These pokes can also be used for VGC style battling, where level 50 is the limit. Also, after using rare candies after EVing is totally fine. They will not affect the EVs in any way.

Well, if it's a game that I've never played before, I usually do the first few levels on easy, then get progressively harder. But if it's a game I've played before or is another in a series, I wade right in guns-a'-blazin.

I want to know if i have a good team. Please let me know if i need improvements or changes. Tyranitar lv 68 Item: Expert Belt Moves: Earthquake, Flamethrower, Payback, Stone Edge Rampardos lv 63 Item: Stone Plate Moves: Headsmash, Zen Headbutt, Assurance, Ancient Power Breloom lv 65 Item: Toxic Orb Moves: Dynamic Punch, Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Toxic Shedninja lv 59 Item: Bright Powder Moves: Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Dig, Metal Claw Palkia lv 100 Item: Lustrous Orb Moves: Spacial Rend, Surf, Aura Sphere, Flamethrower Dialga lv 81 Item: Adamant Orb Moves: Roar of Time, Dragon Claw ( soon to be Aura Sphere ), Flash Cannon, Ice Beamtyman281

*rubs hands together*

Tyranitar: Hmm.. it looks like you're trying to run a mixed set here. If this is what you want to do, I'd suggest running a T-Boah. This would consist of a Tyranitar with 252 HP EVs, 176 SpA, 52 Atk and 28 Spe. Also, you should know that its HP IV will need to be 31, to allow for 101 HP Substitutes (Blissey can't break it with Seismic Toss). Use a Quiet nature, with Leftovers.

The moveset would be as follows:

Substitute

Focus Punch

Dark Pulse

Thunderbolt/Ice Beam (thunderbolt for Gyarados and other waters that give T-Tar trouble, Ice Beam for Dragons and Gliscor).

Rampardos: I think you can run either of two sets: Choice Band or Rock Polish. Either way the EV spread is the same: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 6 HP, with an Adamant nature with Choice Band (Life Orb for the Rock Polish set).

The moveset for Choice Band is as follows (Rock Polish is in parentheses):

Stone Edge

Earthquake

Zen Headbutt

Fire Punch/Pursuit (Rock Polish)

With Breloom I would use a SubSeed set, with 252 Atk, 212 Spe and 44 HP, with an Adamant Nature and holding Poison Orb.

Substitute

Leech Seed

Focus Punch

Seed Bomb/Spore

If you want to use Shedinja, there is only really one viable EV spread: 252 Atk, 252 Spe and the other EVs anywhere, as Shedinja dies to any hit at all. Give it either a Focus Sash (allows it to survive an attack) or Lum Berry (so it isn't killed by Poison/Burn). An Adamant nature should be used.

Swords Dance

Shadow Snea (it is in fact Ghost type, not Dark, so Shedinja gets STAB as well as priority)

X-Scissor

Will-O-Wisp/Toxic (Shedinja can be an annoyer as well)

The other two members of your team I leave up to you, but I suggest some form of defensive tank or a Specially based Poke. Hope this helps!

I think that one of the main reasons it is seen as childish is because of the show. If there was no anime, I think that it would seem much more like an RPG based upon not growing your own character, but characters under your control.

I usually build (on 4000 resources): Farm, Farm, Barracks, Farm, Barracks, Archery Range. In the meantime, just make as many batts of Gondor Swordsmen as you can (place them near your farms, the AI attack resourse buildings with a vengeance). You can even try building bait buildings (farms/heroic statues work wonders) to give your batts time to attack. I usually start building archers as fast as I can at this point, as they can attack other units from a distance.

I am currently looking for 2 Pokemon to make my team full. So far i have.
Lvl.100 Empoleon - Surf, Hydro Cannon, Drill Peck, Aqua Jet
Lvl.100Infernape - Flamethrower, Blast Burn, Mach Punch, Close Combat
Lvl.100Toterra - Earthquake, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Frenzy Plant
Lvl.54Garchomp - Earthquake, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Swords Dance
Empty
Empty

Please suggest any pokemon that may go goodwith my team, or just any pokemon you think is a complete "tank" of a pokemon :P
And if you have any comments about the moves please feel free to throw them out there, help is always good xD

If you can include moves with the suggested pokemon, it would be great

Hmmm... this needs quite a bit of work. First, a word to the wise: NEVER, EVER use Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant or Blast Burn on a starter. They may be powerful, but the drawback of being immobile for a turn makes them practically unusable. Hydro Pump, Leaf Storm and Fire Blast are almost as powerful, and are a much better choice of both move and STAB. The same goes for Hyper Beam and Giga Impact: NEVER use them. :) Well, you can start out using your Infernape as a lead. Close Combat and Flamethrower are O.K., but you should probably add Stealth Rock (great entry hazard) and Fake Out (I think it's an egg move) to take out focus sash leads. You could also go for a Special Mixnape (Naive nature, Life Orb and 64 Atk, 252 SpA, 192 Spe), which would involve using Close Combat, Fire Blast/Flamethrower, Grass Knot and Hidden Power Ice. Grass Knot takes out the bulky waters (aka Swampert/Suicune, though watch out for the latter) that give you trouble, and HP Ice hits Gliscor and Salamence & the other dragons SE. Next, we work on Empoleon. I'd recommend an Agility/ SubPetaya set, which involves the use of Substitute to activate Petaya Berry (boosts SpA 1 stage when HP drops to below 25%). It makes a great late-game special sweeper. The set would look like this: Empoleon, Modest @ Petaya Berry Agility Substitute Ice Beam Surf/Hydro Pump You can go two routes with Torterra (with the moves you have) SubSeed or Tank. They are both defensive spreads, but tank is the more offensive of the two. Tank Impish, Leftovers 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Spe Wood Hammer Earthquake Leech Seed Protect (also can use Stealth Rock) SubSeed Impish, Leftovers 252 HP / 20 Def / 236 Spe Substitute ~Leech Seed ~Earthquake Wood Hammer (Stone Edge can be used for flyers, or Toxic for stall)

Trick Room has a lower priority IIRC. Other than that, roar and whirlwind should go last.Hegna1
I believe that TR is actually -5. Roar and Whirlwind are the only ones set to -6, so always go last.
