Pokemon Platinum adds a few new feature like WiFi in the underground, dunno if this is true or not though. and GIRATINA replaces PALKIA/DIALGA as the pokemon caught at the spear pillar. GIRATINA has a new form in Platinum, Origin Form. Rumors about a new form for SHAYMIN and REGIGGAS.
SHAYMIN sky form rumor was proven false, if you hear anything about that
