ADT National Champions in NCAA Football 2006!

My player just finished up his junior year in Race for the Heisman with a bang. I didn't win the Heisman but the team had an incredible season. We finished undefeated, thus, taking home both the SEC and national championship, beating Lousiana State University Tigers in the SEC championship game (who were ranked #2 at the time) and then defeating the Iowa Hawkeyes in the National Championship Sugar Bowl. Not only that, but the coach won Coach of the Year for the second time in a row! Great season! It especially feels good as I had a shot last season, in which the team was undefeated for most of the season until we had to face Florida who beat us in overtime, causing us to drop down in the polls and pretty much destroy any hope for the National Championship that year. This year they once again presented us with a stiff challenge however, we overcame them fair and square.

I'm definitely keeping my player there for his senior year and likely final season as a college player to develop as much as possible. And as I get ready to head back into the off-season, I do so with a good amount of Heisman hype for next season. The team has already accomplished much ever since playing there. Every year we've won something. Freshman I think we went 10-3 overall, winning the Capitol One Bowl. Sophomore year, I believe we went 9-3 overall, winning the SEC Championship but losing the either the Rose or Sugar Bowl, I can't remember exactly which one, but the Coach won coach of the year. And we just finished up the Junior year going undefeated, back-to-back SEC Champions, National Champions, and with a now two-time, back-to-back, coach of the year. Also, I think the South Carolina program rating was either 3 or 4 stars when I was first recruited, now it has a full 6-star rating. And we may very well go into the next season ranked #1 as we finished the season with, I think, a 200 poll-point margin over the #2 ranked team, USC. So for my last college year, the season may actually begin with USC NOT ranked #1, something I believe has yet to happen since I've been player.

For now, I probably gonna edge back toward Madden and likely play strictly Exhibition games for the time being. I'm currently on the 70th floor in the huge dungeon in Final Fantasy X-2. 30 more to go, so I'm gonna keep working on that.
