I really underestimated the just how much content there is in this game and how much I skipped out on my first play-through. Chapter 5 feels like its taking a LONG time. There were a lot more things to accomplish than I though. Last night I finally beat Angra Mainyu, a boss that is harder than the final boss of the game and has a rediculous amount of HP (approxmiately 333,000!). Anyway, I'm now exploring a dungeon mandatory for 100% completion that has litterally 100 floors. I'm currently on the 20th. From what i've read in the strategy guide, there are bosses in this dungeon that are harder than the final boss, too. I'm gonna have to go ALL the way to the bottom floor to defeat someone there. What has me worried is that the strategy guide strongly recommends all character's levels to be maxed out, I'm nowhere close. The guide says get to level 99, the girls aren't beyond 60. I'd probably have to do an INSANE amount of battles to level all the way up like that, something that seems like will take weeks to months. I'm not gonna go down that path unless I absolutely have to, instead, i'll try to find alternatives. I have an accessory that will enable the character wearing it to deal 9,999 HP damage per hit when her HP is fairly low, so I'll see if I can get by with that.
In the mean time, I've gone ahead and continued on into my Junior year in Race for the Heisman mode. FFX-2 is gonna take me a while. I was hoping to have the game done by the end of the week. Now I can see myself back in school and deep in studies by the time I finish the game. Man, there is such sooooooo much content in the game. WAAAAAYYY more than I expected. Like I said, I underestimated it.
