judging by From Softwares other realeases there is a VERY SLIM chance if we keep hyping it and people importing it so the game obtains sales MAYBE....but since as of right now i only know of one series from them that we always get....Armored Core ^^ which is a good game dun get me wrong....i just think Demon's Soul could be another money maker if marketed correctly in the future (further patch updates and whathave you)

in all honesty from other games i played so far this year...Demon's Souls is worth the 9.0! the PS3 needed a title like this and it helped that it is really really good

I imported the Asian version which comes with both English voice acting and English menus. Everything in the game is in English pretty much. The only exception is the manual which is in Chinese, but it does come with a small insert English manual for basic controls and gameplay. If you want to import and understand the game and its items, import the Asian version.

The game itself is very, very difficult. You will die a lot and have to start a level all over from scratch if you croak. It is a fun game, but one that requires a lot of patience and determination.

agree with yoko completely here, Demon's souls is probably one of the hardest, yet the most fun! i have yet to play something so challenging AND appealing so yea, import it for the win!

the dex doesnt really give more xp....dunno why....so you need to get the ring of avarice or the soul sucker spell (these can stack and give MAD soul pts too)

Do the games trophies come in english? i.e Will they be displayed on my profile in english?

And is the game open or linear, does it have traditional RPG gameplay (Levelling up, items, armour weapons, etc.) And how long is a playthrough roughly?

Thanks in advance.

Yes Asian version got everything english even trophies but can you get this game iam trying to get one for my friend but its out of stock everywhere XX; .

Everything is in English on the Asian version? Absolutely everything?

Well From Software hardly releases any games out here anymore, i think aside from Armored Core so i do not expect to see it in the states or even the UK....however i'm sure by now you may have noticed other threads that show the Asian Version of teh game has full english support....this is also true for the korean version. I got my asian version from ebay since thats the only way to realyget your hands on it these days i still ayed less than Play asias price too....so if you go that route make sure to check for "English+Chinese Vesion" on the front cover, if it's not there in bold white text then you are looking at the JP version which has english voice....however lacks eng text. Anyway this game is absolutely amazing i've played for a few weeks, it's probably as hard i not harder than the kings field series ^^
