The words "Xbox" and "free" do not go together in the same sentence bro.

We didn't have to years ago before these current consoles. People on PC would make their own maps. Devs these days don't release map tools because they want to milk everyone for every penny. It's right beside the other kick in the balls: DLC.

I use to back when I had a gaming PC. I don't see much point in buying DD copies on consoles when 99% of the time you can get a physical copy A LOT cheaper. Plus I enjoy owning physical copies.
