Late in the night yesterday, my plane landed in Gothenburg in Sweden. I have been away for eight weeks, and everything feels so strange. The weather is unbelievably cold. Well maybe not, but it does feel strange to go from 18 degrees to three. And it rains. And everyone talks Swedish. Anyway, I've had a real blast in Malaga, and I'm really going to miss all of the wonderful friends I made there. But I'll meet them again, I'm sure.
Today I've just been in heaven, having fun with my brother and sister, meeting one of my best friends, and actually enjoying a meal I didn't cook for myself. I also came home to some movies my dad bought for me in China, and also the complete series of Six Feet Under on DVD, which I'm so excited about finally watching. Now I have a lot of free time on my hands, so I'm going to meet up with a lot of friends, shop for Christmas and catch up on ANTM, Ugly Betty, Heroes, Nip/Tuck, Scrubs, DH, Pushing Daisies, Dexter and How I Met Your Mother... Quite a lot to do, in other words. And I also just retired as editor for Pushing Daisies. I just feel that I don't really have the dicipline to take care of that!
I'm really glad to be back, and I hope you haven't missed me too much. ;)
