i can't stand those japanese rpgs.  the stores are friggin lame as **** and all the dudes look like fruity chicks.   it's the same damn thing over and over. 

here's a typical japanese rpg

You're a hot babe from unknown origin, who found herself on a distant planet with only fleeting memories of her home and her father (whom she has issues with).  In your school girl uniform, you go around blasting giant demons with the power of the moon goddess and the help of your spikey-haired, quiet blonde guy-friend who looks like a total homo after the Lord of Peril opens a gate to the Dark World, you and your band of fruits go and save your long lost father using the sacred Legendary Sword, used only once by some warrior centuries ago whom you're related to, that killed the Ghost Summoner long ago.

I'd buy a game like that to add to my collection.

It took me about 30 hours to beat it, I liked some of the environments (Japan styled one), Japanese language select, some of the cg was good, and that's about it. Way too many battles and most bosses were too easy, hated the way you had to heal, and the story was meh. It's not a bad game but I don't think I'll be playing again

They're releasing a stick for Virtua Fighter 5, I'm assuming it can be used with this game aswell, so I'm going to pick that up.

Oh, will I be able to find it at places like BestBuy and EBGames or do you have to get it online?

It'll make the games look 2x better. I say it's worth it. Colors are brighter, picture is sharper, and you can use it with a PS3 if you buy one later. If you can't see a difference if you get one at first, play your games with component and go back to s-video. I thought it was a big difference.
