my girlfriend plays viva pinata and is trying to get all the achievements so i looked them up and she has all but 2, but one of them shes done and it still hasnt given it to her. its called the master challenger achievement. anyone know what i can do?

Mine still works but the disk tray is messed up. Any time I change games it keeps popping open over and over again. I have to close it a lot of times before it finaly reads the disk. Can that be fixed or will I just have to deal with it?
