my question is if i were to buy a limited edition psp from japan can you change the language on the psp from japanese to english and also are there any differences.

I have all three next gen systems but btw the 360 and ps3 i bought the 360 first because there are better games and better online. Also the new xbox experience makes it so much more better. The one thing that i do have to say about the ps3 is that it is a more reliable system then the 360. Since my previous 360 got the red ring of death after a year of having it. but i still love the system.... Def get it but make sure that you buy the warranty.
