yet if bungie/microsoft made a fighting game with halo characters it would be milkage right?..gotta love hypocrisy.

and spare me the downplay of "buh buh it's different"

Kandlegoat

It's not milkage if the devs put honest effort into developing the game, which Square clearly has. If Square made a lousy effort for a quick buck, THEN it would be milkage.

I'm looking for a nice 13 or 14" PC laptop. I'm getting it primarily for school purposes but I'd also like it to pack a decent punch for gaming.

Any suggestions on what to look for or anything? Or what companies are making good laptops atm? thanks

Consider who N.Korea are allied with. The US would be commiting suicide to attempt it.

Also N.Korea could destroy S.Korea's Capital in little time with the Artillary Batteries at the border with no resistance.

lucky326

joke much? US would DESTROY N. Korea's

No, N.Korea is allied with China.

Now lets think this through carefully do you really want a war with N.Korea?

lol you think China would take North Korea's side over the UN? The only reason they are lenient towards North Korea is they don't want heaps of Korean Refugees flooding into China if the regime collapses. The US could declare war on North Korea with no worries about China retaliating.

That's sick. But in no way is 158 years in prison going to solve anything. Sure, he won't be killing cats, but he needs therapy/mental hospital admission. He's still young. There's time to change.

On a side note, wouldn't that be horrible for that kid if he was in jail?

"hey kid what did you do?"

"Uhh I killed a bunch of cats."

"How long you in for?"

"Life."

"..Wtf? I killed a guy and I'll be out in 20."

SamusFreak

I know! I never get all of the comments in these topics. its a bunch of animals there not people. they say 158 years for 21 cats, Id kill 158 cats to kepp him out of jail. no amount of animals equals the life of a human being

They're still sentient beings being tortured to death. Its easy for you to say they aren't worth anything, but imagine what their final moments would have been like for them...

And besides, he wasn't just killing cats. They were being tortured and the remains shown to their owners. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to have something like this happen to one of my pets. To walk around with that memory for the rest of my life would be horrible, and I'm sure its like that for every family involved.

[QUOTE="leonalabasters"]So the Financial Times paraphrasing Iwata's comments is not evidence that he made said comments? leonalabasters

Not necessarily, no. For example: Iwata said he eats bricks and poops cantaloupe. I just paraphrased Iwata, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he said that. In fact, would you regard that as "evidence" that he made that comment? I'm really digressing here, all I wanted to know is what you had. I'm ready to let this go, sorry for busting your balls.

Then again, even if the The Financial Times hadn't paraphrased Iwata but quoted him instead, they could have misquoted him by falsifying his quote entirely, but I don't waste my time coming up with these 'what if' scenario's as you have due to the backpedaling you have done since asking for evidence and having it thrown in your face way back on page one. Ever since then it's been you coming up with far-fetched 'what if' scenario's because that's what your argument has been reduced to as you don't want to accept the evidence you were presented with. ;) The Financial Times have proven to be a reliable newsource, you are just some random guy on the internet with a penchant for trolling. When you paraphrase Iwata and they do it's a completely different thing.

How can you be so confident that Nintendo actually tested camera based motion tech? Iwata saying it is not proof at all, he has a clear motive to dismiss Natal and promote the Wiimote. Its entirely possible that he just said that to hurt the huge buzz around Natal.

Do we have any actual evidence of this testing? Nope. Have we heard about it at all before? Nope. So then, how can you believe a claim like this without a shred of doubt?

You can never go wrong with a suit. Ever.

Pirate700

Actually I know someone who wore a very nice suit for an interview at Wendy's. It was really awkward for him and the interviewer and he didn't get the job.

clyde46.

World of Warcraft - released in 2004.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - released in 2007.

Good try, though. :D

clembo1990

World of Warcraft - 15$ per month

Call of Duty 4 - 0$ per month

And I'm pretty positive WoW has had more unique players over the years anyways.

 you don't know what you are talking about. WoW has recruited millions of players last year and the year before. Partly thanks to awareness of the game and the free trial.

Are you quoting me by accident or something? I said I'm pretty sure WoW has had more unique players, I'm on the WoW side here! :P
