NOT DEFENDING GERMAN ARMY BACK THEN but What are you talking about mate?
Do you even know how many wars Germany won in WW2?
They nearly took over the planet.

Just to be clear Felipe is not a represenative of the 116. His opinions and asserttions as in the same case as Mac's are his alone. I would suggest you both find other threads to discuss on as this is a recruiting thread not a war ground for some ideological debate. The official 116 response to Mac is on the first page of this thread at the bottom.
I wasn't using this thread as a war ground.
I was merely correcting his statement, the same way you did on ur prior post.
I don't belive you are a 116 member nor would you likely be a good fit for the organiztion. To reiterate the post.
1. You have incorrectly identified the soldier and the tanks as Nazi when in fact they are Wehrmacht aka Army tanks and soliders. The Nazi's in Germay were a political party and not everyone was member. To put it another way it would be akin to you labelling US WWII Soldiers and tanks as Democrats which sounds laughable.
2. The 116 in real life was a wehrmacht panzer division that was full of everyday German soliders. They have a nearly non existent war crimes record...they shot a civilian who was harrassing some soliders...sort of like what you are doing now ;-) And they had a focus on awarding medals throughout the organization based upon performance not rank.
3. 116 members seperate ideolody from the WWII Wehrmacht itself. None of us ascribe to Nazi ideological views. In fact, it clearly states on our application we do not allow members in who are a part of extremist hate groups including Nazi's and The Swedish Feminist Initiative ;-)
4. If you want to understand more about WWII I would suggest reading the biographies of Guderian and Manstien. For example Guderian (whose son was in the 116) did not implement Hitler's Kommisar rules (which was to kill all captured Russian Political Officers) there were many German Generals who never lost site of their professional military duty. On the other hand, there were soldiers who did lose that sight and unfortunately commited atrocities. We at the 116 try to portray the former not the latter.
Cheers,
Waff
