[QUOTE="Tha_lazyboi"]Are they plasmas? I would check them out before you decide. This is a good site with reviews http://www.plasmatvbuyingguide.com

They are all LCDs. I checked Sony, they had a full hd tv as well but its $250 more. The seller told me that the refresh rate of sony is 2.5 seconds, and the samsung is 8 seconds. so im not sure if thats true or not. He told me to get the sony its much better. He also told me that sony buys the lcd panels from samsung, so that was shoking to hear. so any inputs guys?

A Samsung dealer close to my place is having a sale on its HDTVs, and im not sure which one is good for its price, need some help.

Model: LA-32S71B, Size: 32", Price: $800, Info: Resolution: 1366x768, Contrast Ratio 3000:1 D/CR, HDMI Input, Brightness 500cd/m2

Model: LA-40S71B, Size: 40", Price: $1530, Info: Res: 1366x768, Const Ratio: 3000:1, HDMI Input, Brightness: 500. (it also comes in size 37" (LA-37S71B)for $1320, and size 27" (LA-27S71V) for $660)

Model: LA-40R71B, Size 40", Price: $1720, Info: Res: 1366x768, Cont Ratio: 5000:1, HDMI Input, Viewing Angle 178/178, Side AV Jack. (Also comes in size 32" (LA-32R71B) Price: $980

Model: LA-46N71, Size 46", Prise: $2650, Info: Res: 1366x768, Cont Ration: 6000:1, 2HDMI Inputs, WISELINK (9 in 2 multi memory slot, Pict Bridge, Brightness 500, Side AV JAck. (Also comes in size 40" (LA-40N71B) for $1980, and size 32" (LA-32N71B) for $1135

Model LA-52F71B, Size 52", Prise: $6080, Info SPVA Panel, Res 1920x1080 Full HD, Cont Ration 6000:1, Viewing Angle 178/178, 2HDMI Inputs, PC Input/USB, Side AV Jack. (Also comes in size 46" (LA-46F71B) for $3435, and size 40" (LA-40F71B) for $2510.

My personal favorite is the Full HD Models, cuz it has a higher resolution and contrast ration plus the HDMI inputs. And for the price i think the 40" (LA-40F71B) is good for its price ($2510).

Any other recommendations? I think the sony dealer has a big sale as well, ill go check their prices and note it down.
