befor square enix was born, there was 2 major companies giving us great rpgs, and looking at a lot of their old and genually cool games, and then glancing at there current track record, i have to say im dissapointed...

Yesteryear- SQUARE= vagrant story, FF series, Chrono trigger/cross, secret of mana, Breath of fire series, xenogears, and parasite eve 1/2

Enix- Dragon quest series, 7th saga, ogre battle:march of the black queen, star-ocean/2/3, valkyrie profile, grandia 2

SE: Final fantasy 10, dragon quest 8, xenosaga series, kingdom hearts series , radiata stories. \

Its just a little sad that the only very original and non sequel rpgs care KH and radiata. I cant help but think they would of been better off seperately...or with just enix considering square was going basically bankrupt...

Capcom developed breath of fire, ogre battle was made by Quest, Tri-Ace made all of the star ocean and valkyrie profile games and radiata stories, grandia 2 was made by Game Arts, Final Fantasy 10 was made by squaresoft, Kingdom Hearts the first game for ps2 was made by squaresoft, and kh com was made by jupiter, dragon quest 8 was made by Level-5, and the Xenosaga Series was made by Monolith Soft,

publishers and developers are two completely different things
