@brainiac1988 Germany openly admitted their fault and their responsibility for the atrocities commited in WWI and WWII. During the unification Germany signed a contrac to whilingly limit thir army forces (Which was canceled by the rest of Europe not long ago) and to never develop nuclear weaponry.

Ignoring history? we are doing pretty well considering our grandfather saw Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Köln, Berlin, Stuttgart and more cities completely devastated. In history lessons they don't play dumb, they say "your country did this, we fucked up big time here"

@sorintitus Sometimes I have the nasty idea that, if US saw its streets destroyed and burned like the ones of Berlin or Stalingrad maybe current generation would have more culture and lett big mouth.
