@adrianjarca Quick jump from a totalitariam regime to a free country is something that little countries can assimilate fast. Russia was a totalitarian state for too long, it's gonna take some time for them to "addapt" (althoguh they are making great progress)

As anothe example. In Spain we had a fascist dictatorship for 80 years, after a smoth non-violent transition that almost everyone wanted, we still suffer from social remnants of our past.

It takes a lot of time.
