This can be debated by a high number of reasons but... what can I say; it's the only game in this generation in which I spent more than 300 hours acording to Steam.

@cnx2022 Indeed it would be, but in this case it's only one region the one causing the trouble.

As I answered in another post (maybe to you, don't remember now) most of companies release a german-specific version (Saints Row, CoD, Fallout 3 to say a few) Sony has a policy of it's own to release a single version per region for its exclusive tittles.

This is useful if you live abroad in Europe (Memeber of the EU can move and work between member countries without a work permit or passport), since it means that exclusive tittles will come with English language too (Inside the industry we call this versions the "EFIGS Version", which stand for "English French Italian German Spanish"), but it affects some of the exclusive games (This one, Twisted Metal or God of War Ascension for example) We can always import, like I did with Twited Metal, but although (like you said) ND is not the one to blame for censorship laws in Germany, I think we deserve to be warned about it first and make our own choice.

I got some game that were censored here since the censorship was minor. I'm not sure about the rest of the people here but I don't care about the multyplayer. I only care about that bad detail: the fact that they waited 2 months to let us know.

Cheers man :)

@cnx2022 "It is your country's laws that are all fucked up"

Europe is not a single country.

"That alone shows your ignorance of this industry."

Most of the third parties do a separate version for the German market so the rest of Europe don't have to suffer for it so... slow down before speaking mate.

@cnx2022 "People in those regions already know there are usually differences in those games"

That is not correct. Games that suffer modifications are the bast minority other than a language selection (keeping Germany aside, that is)
