It was at two different restaurants. Both made me violently ill. The second time I actually threw up.

Then I can understand why you would be reluctant to visit McDonalds. Maybe you should try going to one locally that you haven't been to before?

I would recommend the 360 version. Fallout 3 on the 360 was a better port than ps3. I'd say it will more than likely be the same here
