So I was bored these past few days and read some Lovecraft. So influenced by my reading I started moving the cogs in my head and thinking up possible past scenerios of the human race. I do not mean OH NOES GOD DOESNT EXIST LIFE IS POINTLESS, but a simple re-imagining.
What if we came from another planet, where the ships had to be biodegradable and it crashed here an unknown planet. The ship degraded (it was biodegradable after all) and from there on in we were stranded here for so long that our origins were forgotten.
Or maybe we were the cockroachs of the universe the only ones immune from [ENTER CHEMICAL/INFECTION HERE] and there we were left alone in the universe left questioning if We are alone or not. What do you think? Im not asking youre personal belief but a scenerio you would find interesting about our origin that you could believe if it happened to be true.
