Achievment Unlocked: PSWii60

It took three years, but like I said a long time ago, one day I would have ALL three next-gen consoles. Today at 1:37 AM, my loving parents achieved that goal for me. They picked up the PS3 bundle that came out last night, so now I have a PS3, a Wii, and a 360, and I have Metal Gear Solid IV: Guns of the Patriots, Super Mario Galaxy, and Grand Theft Auto IV. Now all I need is a PSP to complete the set. Life is good. Anywho, MGS4 is shaping up to be a pretty awesome game. I've only clocked in 30 minutes (maybe less) of gameplay into the game, but I was sitting in front of the TV for at least an hour before my brother came down to make me play Halo 3 with him. The cutscenes are excellent and crystal clear, and the action and mechanics are awesome. And I haven't even tried Metal Gear Online yet. Maybe I should go do that now...

Beat Grand Theft Auto IV!!!

Actually I beat it last Thursday at around this time, but never posted about it. Anyway, the ending killed me inside. Broke my heart in a big way. I'm not one to obsess over stories, but this one REALLY got me. That didn't have to happen. I cared for that person. Rockstar made me love them, then made them die. Then again, it just made the last mission ALL the more satisfying. I gave that punk a dosage exactly what the doctor ordered: a bullet to the knee, thigh, stomach, arm, and face, and then to the face again. However, even though I beat the last mission, as expected, I still have like 35% left in the game. Little Jacob's jobs, Brucie's cars, 200 (or was it 250?) pigeons, blah blah blah blah blah. So yeah. It's beaten and now I'm waiting for MGS4.

I got roflpwned!!! XD

I didn't even come close to qualifying for districts! Ok, this is how the match panned out. I'm talking about the Gamestop tourney by the way. For more on that, check the previous blog. Anyways, this is what happened. I picked Link, he picked Zelda, but really for Sheik. We played on the Ice Climber level, Summit. Now it was Wiimote and Nunchaku, so even though I KNOW there are no motion controls in this game, I kept shaking the Wiimote thinking Link would do his spin attack! XD So I lose two lives, and then I come back on him. I kill him twice, and I'm at 67% and he's at 75%, if memory serves. He knocked me into the water. While I was trying to swim back up, a fish came out of NOWHERE and ate me, and then I lost the match. So yeah, I got roflpwned by a fish. But if you wanna see the glass half-full, I have Brawl, and last time I checked, which was last night, I had 89% on Subspace Emissary, 251 trophies, and 366 stickers, and so far this game is the best I've played since my first playthrough of Ocarina of Time (but still not better). Perhaps I'll have a chance to redeem myself in BaseballSGFkid's tourney...

SSBB Today!!!

Or tommorow, depending on how you look at it... I'm going to the Gamestop tourny at 10:00 to see if I can win a Wii for my grandma, a plasma screen TV for our movie room and $5,000 dollars for college/more Wii games (but mostly more Wii games :D). So truly I'll play it around 10:00, but I won't have it until around 12:00. Oh well. Anyways, I have a feeling that today will be the longest day EVER.

Level 20 bypassed!

I finally got out of level 20, after nearly 3 months of being confined within it! I also got Metroid Prime 3: Corruption today, and I'm 1 hour and 49 minutes into it. So far it is AWESOME! So yeah... that's all. XD

You'll never believe this. . .

So here I am, playing Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (Reverse/Rebirth by the way), and while I'm fighting Ursula, preparing my Dark Aura sleight, my L shoulder button stops working. So now what am I supposed to do? Well, I finished her off, and figured, what the heck, I can beat this game with only the R shoulder button. I normally only use sleights for bosses anyways, ao I was doing ok, and even when I got to the next boss, I did fine. But then all of a sudden, my R sholder buttons stops working as well. So, that pretty much told me that the forces above dont want me playing this game anymore, or any other DS game for that matter. No Mario Kart, since I'm a proud snaker/drifter, no Star Fox because any other way to play just screws me up, and worst of all, no Reverse/Rebirth, after I was so close to finally beating Chain of Memories completely. However, I'm thinking that maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Now that this DS doesn't work, I'll have to get a new one, preferably a lite. Anyways, now I guess all I can do is just go back to my normal gaming list and knock those games off until I get enough money to get my hands on a lite. Later.

1000 Profile Views!

Yes! I finally have 1000 views! Although that really doesn't matter. I just needed an excuse to make another blog. So, to all the unions, I'm sorry I haven't been posting as much as I used to. I've been playing Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and I've been addicted to that. It's actually pretty fun once you know what you're doing. Anyways, I don't have much more to do in the game, so I should be done soon, and the addiction will stop, and I will resume my duties. But for now, I will continue with Chain of Memories. Later.

Kingdom Hearts 100% Completed!

Yep, every last thing. I've gotten all the Winnie the Pooh pages, all my spells are upgraded to -ga, I've synthesized everything including the Ulitima Weapon, and everyone is level 100, since it's quite easy to get there because Sephiroth gives a whopping 18,000p. I don't have the Misc. stuff with me because unlike before I didn't beat *last boss* this time, so it's not there, BUT, I did beat him earlier, and I saw the "Another side, another story" concept video, and it was SICK. Of course, it isn't as sick as it could have been, if I had seen it a year earlier when I beat the game before I beat Kingdom Hearts II, but I digress. As for my next game, I MIGHT take a break and write a script for Red Steel. But my friend might wanna borrow Red Steel, and if he wants to I can't really say no, since he's let me borrow Kingdom Hearts all this time, not that he'd use that against me though. Aaaaaaanyways, if he does happen to want to borrow it, then I'll just start (or finish rather, since I'm already at the last boss) Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Hasta la bye bye!

P.S. My mom is giving me half my Dad's child support money, and I'm not sure if I should blow it on a Wii Remote charger station or save it for an Ipod Nano. . . Help?

Kingdom Hearts Down!!

It's all in the title. I've beaten all the tournaments except for time trials on Hades, I've beaten the Ice Titan and Sephiroth (yessssssss), I have one more page of The Book of Pooh left, all my spells are upgraded to -ga except Cura, Stopra, and Aero. I've synthesized all but 8 items, and because of that I have yet to synthesize the Ultima Weapon. As for Misc. stuff, I have defeated 6,513 heartless, I got killed 26 times, I deflected 1,085 attacks, I got hit by an enemy 2,851 times, I used 57 items, my party members got knocked out 270 times, and I chose to cure my friends 32 times. (Yeah, I'm selfish). Oh, and this is on Expert Mode, so I got the secret concept art, and may I say it is very very awesome. Sora looks emo-goth-ish, Riku looks like a vampire, Goofy and Donald look like they are about to shoot me, and Kairi looks. . . indifferent? Anyways, I'm going to wrap this game up with 100%, and then I'm going to move onto the next game, which is Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Happy Gaming!

Is It Just Me...

Or is my level going up merely 1% each day? I mean seriously. This is ridiculous! At this rate I won't be level 21 until I graduate from middle school!! But to tell you the truth I don't really care. I just needed an excuse to say that I'm nearly through Kingdom Hearts. I just want to beat all the optional bosses, synthesize the Ultima Weapon, and then go for Ansem. By the time I do all this stuff, I should at least be level 75 (I'm level 60 now), enough to make Ansem cake. So that's what I'm going to go do now (after a killer geometry homework session...). Later.
