Try Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates for the DS... you woudn't think it but I found it to be an incredibly well-written game, and the ending is still one of the only game endings that had me choked up. The main kid has his mom die (not a spoiler, as you find out at the start of the game), and has a lot of other horrible things happen to him throughout the story, but the ending's really touching.

Either you're trolling, or perhaps your brain is fried from all the heroin.

sorry to hear that. it's definitely never a good day to lose a pet.

I don't know if it helps, but you're not alone. I lost this guy just last year.

Sorry to hear that... I do have to say though your cat looks remarkably like mine (mine was quite a bit smaller though). How old was he?

I'm at least glad I got to spend some time with her the night before. She came up to me and did her usual figure 8 between my legs while puring. I can't picture that without out choking up...

I'm a college student (at my parents house for the summer), and after getting home from my summer job, my mom told me my cat as run over by a car (we had a chip put in her - we got a call from the animal hospital down the street).

Now I'm not looking for a pity party, but I seriously have not been this upset in long, long time. She was 8 months old, a little black cat I named Jiji (from Kiki's delivery service) I adopted from a friend who couldn't take care of her (when she was just born). These last two semesters I've been so busy and kind of down honestly, and she was my one little friend that I always could count on seeing every day.

I'm not the type to cry, almost ever, but I just cannot stop. When I picked up her body in a box from the animal hospital, I just lost it, and had to make a quick exit to avoid embarrassing myself. I went in our backyard and dug a hole to put her in, and that was that. it's been like 6 hours, but I still can't stop crying. I just miss her so much.

You should definitely try Pirates of the Caribbean by Bethesda... has the fun of Morriwind's exploration, with some pretty awesome ship battles. It's a pretty sweet action RPG, used to be one of my favorites.

If you're buying an ASUS laptop, make sure you get a cooler aswell. A friend of mine had his GPU burn out twice before he got one, and seeing how the one posted here is much more powerful than his, I'd say having a cooler is a must.

Hmm... you mean like an external cooling fan/system? That model in particular has a very advanced cooling system and fans I've heard, but if you really think so, I definitely think that sounds like a good investment.

A guy at Best Buy said I should get an Asus, while I've been reading some good things about Intel's new quad-processor... I just don't know what's best. Again, the priority is to just run programs as fast as possible with the computer freezing up or slowing down. Being able to play modern games is secondary.

okay do you have the power to shop online?

if so this is the best you can do
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834231045

the core i7 3630QM is one of intels faster 4 core mobile cpu's and will crunch like it was taking a nap through alot of things your current macbook could only dream of. and the gtx 660M is a quality graphics processor for your money that will not only play games well but handle video and image editing well expect to play games on medium or high varying on the game and on older ones like bfbc2, CODMW3, dirt showdown, and everything back expect to max them out.

the gpu has the advantage of cuda cores which are an amazing weapon when video or image editing and while it isnt the best in its class again offers the best value your budget can current manage

in the even this one is sold out holler i can show you three more for sale which the exact same specifications but by different brands. all for around that price point

and look you get to go buy yourself a fancy new mouse or some mcdonalds while your at it; lucky lad/lass.

Hey I read up on this one and it looks great, I think I may just get it (waiting for friday so I actually have time to sit down and play it). Thanks! I'll update you when/if I get it.
